Knockout Pest Control uses a personalized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan that meets your specific needs.

At each commercial facility we conduct a wide-ranging assessment. Additional attention is given to entry points, all water sources, all food sources, harborage points and customer and employee common areas. We communicate with employees in the commercial building to get accurate information on pest sightings and evidence in order to prevent infestations and control existing pest problems.

Sanitation schedules have a direct impact on the success in overcoming pest buildup both inside and outside your commercial building and should be a critical focus of every Integrated Pest Management program. Exclusion methods and other non-chemical options should always be used before other pest control options are considered. Constant monitoring and maintenance options are absolutely critical to the success of IPM.
